The News Journal names Carelon Research a winner of the Delaware Top Workplaces 2020 Award

Carelon Research has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor The News Journal

Wilmington, DE – August 24, 2020 – The list is based solely on employee feedback  gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.

Carelon Research (formerly HealthCore) is one of 60 Delaware companies to make the list for 2020.

Survey questions primarily focus on the degree to which employees feel appreciated by their employer. According to survey data, Carelon Research employees reported valuing recognition and support from colleagues and leaders.
