Wilmington, DE – August 24, 2020 – The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.
Carelon Research (formerly HealthCore) is one of 60 Delaware companies to make the list for 2020.
“I couldn’t be prouder of our entire organization for receiving this honor,” said Marcus Wilson, former president of Carelon Research. “Our associates are our greatest assets. Many of them work here because they value the mission and vision of our organization and the meaningful research that we’re uniquely positioned to do to improve healthcare. As a highly collaborative team, we have continued to drive tremendous thinking and insights, even amidst the most extraordinary circumstances.”
Survey questions primarily focus on the degree to which employees feel appreciated by their employer. According to survey data, Carelon Research employees reported valuing recognition and support from colleagues and leaders.
