The News Journal names Carelon Research a winner of the Delaware Top Workplaces Award for the second year in a row

Wilmington, DE – August 23, 2021 – Carelon Research has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2021 honor by The News Journal. The list is based solely on feedback from all employees, across all locations, and gathered through an anonymous third-party survey that measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.

Carelon Research is one of only 55 Delaware companies to make the list for 2021.

"This marks the second consecutive year and the seventh time that our organization has received this honor,” said Mark Cziraky, president of Carelon Research. This award is a testament to the dedication of our associates to fostering a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive culture within our organization."

Survey questions primarily focus on the degree to which employees feel appreciated by their employer. According to survey data, HealthCore employees reported valuing insight into strategic direction and vision from leaders, and recognition and support from both colleagues and leaders.

"During this very challenging time, Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business."

Top workplaces are generally characterized by those that operate by strong values, facilitate communication between employees and management, and innovate and operate efficiently. Qualifying organizations have eight percentage points higher retention compared to average organizations and 2.3 times more engaged employees compared to average organizations.
